The grips is a consistent ring pattern with wide enough rings to take the abuse of tight groupings while holding their edge for good grip, lasting longer. There is also enough gap between the rings for our fingers to fill those gaps and get a great feeling purchase on those ring edges for perfect thrust leaving the hand. Finger misplacement is mitigated by the repeating grip.
