1. CNC Router Machine Spindle: 3.0KW spindle
The spindle is one of the most important parts of our CNC Router. Almost half of the electricity used by the router is consumed by the spindle.  How to choose a suitable is a very important thing, you can tell me your materials and thickness. We will offer good solution. 1.5kw is common CNC router spindle, I will emphatically introduce 3kw water cooling spindle.
3kW is the maximum amount of power that one can get from a 220V electricity circuit breaker with a reasonable current (12A). While the maximum 24000 RPM is required for standard tooling bits.

Standard ER20 Collet size is used for our CNC Sign-Making Routers and most of the CNC Router range. By using the international standard collet size, you will be able to use all sizes of tool bits by just employing the corresponding collet ( of which the biggest capacity of ER20 available on the market is the 0.512 inch or 13mm ).
We supply one ER20 Collet Nut and four sizes of ER20 collets and adapters free of charge for each CNC Sign-Making Routers

2. CNC Router Table Type
2.1 Using a T-Slot clamping table is the most energy-efficient way to fix your working board and spoil board onto the working table surface. No electricity is required.  This makes it particularly effective for cutting and surface 3D engraving.
A T-Slot Clamping Table is the most simple table structure that fixes a working object through a clamping kit. Without the requirement of 380V 3-phase electricity to power a vacuum pump, it's the only table solution for our Sign-Making Routers that target the home-based businesses and hobbyists.

2.2 Vacuum Table &
Vacuum pump 2.2kW Standard air cooling
Popular CNC Router table structures that use a vacuum to hold the working objects are called Vacuum Tables. Besides its firm holding, a vacuum table can also flatten boards and make closed shaped cut-outs more easily without obstructs like clamps on the toolpath.
All 2014 models and younger models, our vacuum table boasts T-Slot Clamping Corridors that are built-in and becomes a multifunctional CNC Routering table that you can either vacuum or clamp or both.
For these above-mentioned models, the vacuum table surface is made from Phenol Resin Panels ( Bakelite ) instead of Hard PVC Boards for better strength and wear resistance, to provide a longer lifespan for the tough industrial environment.
2.3 Water-Cooling Table
For routering on Stones, Soft Metals and so forth, cooling on the tooling bit and working object is constantly required to avoid overheating and result in damage to the tool bits and the working piece, e.g. cracked stone. Our Water-Cooling Tables provided spray nozzles which flush water onto the working surface continuously and also collect and recycle the cooling water. Water-Cooling tables are standard for CNC Marble Routers and CNC Aluminium Routers.

3. Tool sensor and Omron limit switches
This device takes the guesswork out of tool changes and ensures that every tool path that you run is accurate. Consistent Z height across tool changes is critical, especially when running multi-tool jobs like cabinetwork, raised panel doors, and intricate 3D carving projects.
CNC Tool Sensor allows for easy and accurate "Z" zero position for single and multiple tool changes through the program.
