These 3/4 inch diameter settings were designed to accept rhinestones (preferably pointed back) or other small stones of your choosing.  There are a total of 16 indentations on the front of each pin, where you can use a good clear adhesive such as epoxy glue, to add some great color to these settings.   The backside of each brooch has a 1/2 inch pinback.  The rhinestone quantities and sizes required to complete each pin are 1 - 20ss (4.5mm), 15 - 6ss (1.75mm) stones (not included).  Since these are small, you may choose to wear as one, two, or several or use on hats, flip flops etc.   Hint: with rhinestones, try using aurora colors and plain colors together on a pin to create interest and a vintage appearance.
