Good condition. This Glopro set is missing the cleansing pads for cleansing the areas to be treated. It is also missing the spritzer bottle. the Glopro also requires 2 AAA batteries not included. There is some yellowing of the plastic especially in the areas near seams and joints, Most likely from oil or lotion on hands when handled - just guessing, I do not know the exact reason. The clear plastic case that holds the device has scratches and scuffs. This device does work, that is, as far as functioning electrically as it is suppose to. Whether it actually does what it claims is totally up to the buyer to discover. I have not used this device or any other Glopro microneedling tool. I cannot stand behind any claims made by the manufacturer. Before purchasing, buyer should check manufacturer website for info. This is a used item and some wear should be expected. I have disclosed any wear I have seen, but there could be more unseen.
