U.S. 1973 U.S. ' MIND GAMES ' 7" PICTURE SLEEVE SIGNED BY JOHN LENNON AT THE WFIL ' HELPING HANDS MARATHON ' CHARITABLE EVENT HELD AT THE RADIO STATION, " WFIL " IN PHILADELPHIA, PA. JOHN ATTENDED THE THREE DAY EVENT IN MID-MAY OF 1975 AND HE WAS A GUEST DJ AT THE STATION. JOHN WOULD OFTEN TAKE SMOKE BREAKS OUTSIDE AND MINGLE WITH THE FANS AND SIGN ITEMS FOR THEM. THIS ITEM WAS LIKELY SIGNED DURING ONE OF THOSE BREAKS. THE SLEEVE IS IN A VERY NICE VG++ CONDITION. NO SPLITS. INCLUDES A NEAR MINT ORIGINAL 45 TO GO WITH IT.  WHAT A GREAT ITEM TO COMMEMORATE THIS VERY SPECIAL EVENT FOR JOHN IN THE U.S.A.!
