Sturdy & cozy: This 3-tier cat tree is made from particleboard, plush, sisal ropes, metal, paper tubes, and plastic. The selected materials are sturdy and cozy enough for sleeping and playing. Your cute cats will fall in love with it. This plush cat tree is generally suitable for 2-3 small or medium-sized cats. Better more, we recommend you measure the size of your cats and refer to the specifications before ordering.
Edged perch with a furry ball: The high perch is fulled edged by silk floss, which is very soft and cozy. There is a furry ball tied by an elastic band with a small bell for your cats’ fun. This elastic furry ball can be removed if it is not your cats’ type. You can exchange his/her favorite toy hanging to the small ring.
Scratching posts & board: This multi-level cat tower has 2 scratching posts and a scratching board evenly distributed around the tower. The scratching posts & board are covered by natural sisal ropes. They are not only for your kittens’ fun, but also protect your furniture from their paws.
Illustrated assembly instructions: We have illustrated instructions and matching accessories included in the package. Also, for your convenience, we have an electronic edition of the assembly instructions. You can scan the QR code in the instructions for E-manual. Warm notes: We recommend you put the cat tree on a flat floor against the wall corner and secure it to the wall by the anti-toppling band included. For normal use, please avoid humidity.

In the event that you receive the item that is not to the standards above, please contact us via e-Bay messages. All returns must be in new original condition as received and should be shipped with same return packaging and delivery confirmation
Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by Topeakmart. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.
All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color).
