    Description

    10-Packs - NOS NPN Transistors
    Hi all - clearing out a lot of these NPN BJT (Bipolar Junction) silicon transistors...all are NPN BJT and similar in function, but with various levels of forward gain and other attributes. The 2N5210's in particular are also Darlingtons (unlike any of the others), so if you need an NPN BJT Darlington, that's the one to go for. All transistors are new or new old stock and have never been soldered/installed. Because these are new old stock,
    we test all transistors before shipping
    , so these are guaranteed-working.
    Transistors are all in TO-92 casing or similar/equivalent. Actual markings/appearances are obviously going to differ somewhat from transistor to transistor (a 2N4401 is going to say '2N4401' on it, a 2N3904 is going to say '2N3904' on it, and so forth); length of legs differs slightly as well from manufacturer to manufacturer, but not by a very noticeable amount.
